By using the website www.urbaniatemporental.com or booking any service from Urbania Tempo Rental, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Overview
Urbania Tempo Rental provides chauffeur-driven Force Urbania luxury van rental services across Delhi NCR and pan-India. All vehicles are provided with a professional driver; self-drive is not available.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or the website enquiry form.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of 20-30% advance payment.
- Remaining payment is due before or upon completion of the journey, as agreed during booking.
3. Pricing & Charges
Quoted prices include vehicle rental, driver allowance, and fuel for the agreed kilometres. The following are charged separately unless specified otherwise:
- Extra kilometres beyond the agreed package.
- Extra hours beyond the package duration.
- Toll taxes, state entry taxes, and parking fees.
- Night driving charges (journeys extending beyond 10:00 PM).
- Hill station surcharges (Rs 500-Rs 1,000/day for mountain routes).
All prices are subject to revision during peak season or fuel price fluctuations. Final pricing will always be communicated before confirmation.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Carry valid government-issued ID proof during travel.
- Maintain respectful behaviour toward the driver and vehicle.
- Do not consume alcohol, smoke, or carry illegal substances inside the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged at actual repair cost.
5. Driver & Vehicle
- Drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and verified.
- We reserve the right to assign or change drivers based on availability and route expertise.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle at no extra cost, subject to location and availability.
6. Route & Itinerary Changes
If you change the route or extend the trip duration after departure, additional charges will apply based on actual distance and time consumed. Major route changes must be communicated to our support team in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Urbania Tempo Rental is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or government restrictions.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
- Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid for the specific booking.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
