Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our clear and fair policy regarding cancellations and refunds for all Urbania Tempo Rental bookings.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before trip: Full refund of advance payment.
  • 24-48 hours before trip: 75% refund of advance payment.
  • 12-24 hours before trip: 50% refund of advance payment.
  • Less than 12 hours before trip or no-show: No refund.

Cancellations must be communicated via phone call or WhatsApp to our booking team. Email cancellations will be honoured only if acknowledged by our team.

2. Cancellation by Urbania Tempo Rental

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen vehicle unavailability, natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events. In such cases:

  • Full 100% refund of advance payment will be processed.
  • We will make every effort to offer an alternative vehicle or reschedule the trip.
  • No additional compensation is payable beyond the refund of the advance amount.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approved cancellation.
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • For cash payments, refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to provide bank account details.

4. Trip Curtailment

If you end the trip early (before completing the agreed itinerary), charges will apply for the distance and time already consumed. Any excess payment will be refunded after deducting actual usage charges and a 10% service fee.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No-show without prior cancellation notice.
  • Delays or missed portions of the trip due to passenger-side reasons (late arrival, document issues at checkpoints, etc.).
  • Vehicle decoration charges once decorations have been arranged.
  • Permit fees already procured for restricted areas.

6. Disputes

If you have any concerns about your refund or cancellation, please reach out to us within 7 days of the scheduled trip date. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
